Karl E. Kocher, forensic coach at West Bend East during the 70's and 80's, died on April 8.  He was the first inductee into the WFCA Hall of Fame in 1984. Private services were held on April 18.  Karl is survived by his wife, Gerry, and a daughter, Kathy.
